Delivery is via Parcelforce, the lead time on all orders is circa 4 weeks.

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't reach you in perfect condition we wil arrange to have the item collected and either rapair it or issue a full refund

If you are not satisfied with your item for whatever reason we will arrange to have it collected and issue a full refund.

For items painted in a non standard colour we can only refund the product price and not the paint fee.

• Choose from any of our no cost standard eggshell paint options (the list is below).
• If you want a specific colour that doesn't appear on the standard list then select 'non standard' paint when prompted on the product page and let us know in the text box exactly which colour you would like.
• We have access to the full range of colurs from most manufacturers such as Edward Bulmer, Little Greene, Farrow & Ball, Paint & Paper Library etc
• You can specify eggshell or satin when inputting your chosen colour.
